This privacy policy applies to the website www.deeploresolutions.de, the website www.radar-identified.com, the website www.flugfuchser.de as well as to digital offerings of Deep Lore Solutions GbR in the Apple App Store and on the Steam platform.
As a rule, we process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services. Data processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the applicable statutory provisions (GDPR, German Federal Data Protection Act).

The following information applies to all websites listed in Section 1 (www.deeploresolutions.de, www.radar-identified.com and www.flugfuchser.de).
Server Log Files
When you access our websites, the following data is automatically stored in so-called server log files:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address, anonymised)
- Time of the server request
- Page/file requested
This data cannot be assigned to any specific person. The data is not merged with any other data sources. It is automatically deleted after 7 days.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and error-free provision of our websites).
Contact Form
When you use the contact form on our website, the data you enter (name, email address, business, optional phone number, package interest, description) is transmitted to us and delivered by email. This data is not stored permanently in a database. We process this data exclusively to handle your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
3. Cookies
Our website uses the following cookies:
Technically Necessary Cookies
- Session cookie (PHPSESSID): Temporary cookie for managing your browser session (e.g. CSRF protection on the contact form). Deleted when the browser is closed.
- Consent cookie (dls_analytics): Stores your cookie preference (accepted/declined). Valid for 1 year. Contains no personal data.
- Dark-mode cookie (dls_darkmode): Stores your dark-mode preference (light/dark). Valid for 1 year. Contains no personal data.
Legal basis: § 25 (2) TTDSG (technically necessary cookies do not require consent).
Analytics Cookies (only with consent)
On our websites (www.deeploresolutions.de and www.radar-identified.com) we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for statistical evaluation of website usage. Google Analytics is only loaded if you actively consent via the cookie banner (opt-in).
The following data is collected:
- Page views and time on page
- Approximate location (based on the anonymised IP address)
- Device type, browser and operating system
- Origin of the visit (referrer)
IP anonymisation: Google Analytics 4 anonymises IP addresses automatically. Attribution to individual persons is not possible.
Retention period: The data is stored for 14 months and automatically deleted thereafter.
Third-country transfer: Google Ireland Limited may transfer data to Google LLC (USA). Since 10 July 2023, the USA has an adequacy decision of the EU Commission under Art. 45 GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Google LLC is certified under the Data Privacy Framework.
Order processing: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Google (part of the Google Analytics terms of use).
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the dls_analytics cookie in your browser settings. The cookie banner will then be displayed again on your next visit.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) in conjunction with § 25 (1) TTDSG.

Cookies in the Game
The game Radar Identified itself does not set any cookies and does not use trackers. Cookies are used exclusively on the web presence (see above in this section). In-game settings are stored locally on your device (see section “Data Transfer Game ↔ Website”).
4. Email Contact
If you contact us by email, the data you transmit (email address, content of the email) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request. This data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted after final processing of the request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your Rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about the data stored.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations exist.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to the processing of your data if it is based on legitimate interest.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. For Lower Saxony: State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (LfD), Hannover.

6. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netcup GmbH (Mampossé-Allee 6a, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany). Netcup is a German provider and processes data exclusively in Germany/EU. Netcup is GDPR-certified.

7. App Store & Steam
Deep Lore Solutions GbR publishes apps and software in the Apple App Store as well as games and software on the Steam platform of Valve Corporation.
Apple App Store
The operator of the App Store is Apple Inc. (One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA) or, for users in the EU, Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). For downloads, purchases and operation of apps, Apple is an independent controller within the meaning of the GDPR and collects data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We have no influence on this data processing by Apple.

Steam
The operator of the Steam platform is Valve Corporation (10400 NE 4th St, Bellevue, WA 98004, USA). For purchases and operation of games and software on Steam, Valve is an independent controller within the meaning of the GDPR and collects data (e.g. purchase data, playing times, device data) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We have no influence on this data processing by Valve.

Multiplayer in Radar Identified
- When playing a multiplayer session, Steam ID and Steam display name are transmitted to the players you are playing with.
- The IP address is not transmitted to other players – the connection runs via Steam Datagram Relay (SDR) of Valve Corporation. Valve is the independent controller in this respect.
- This data is not stored on our servers.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance – multiplayer mode requires the identifier of the co-players).
Data Transfer Game ↔ Website
- At startup, the game retrieves a news file from
www.deeploresolutions.de/landing/motd.json. In doing so, your IP address and user agent are stored in the server log files (see Section 2 “Server Log Files”) for 7 days. - Save game, settings and sector preference are stored exclusively locally on your device (
localStorage) and are not transmitted to our servers. - There is no crash reporting (disabled since version 0.8104).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying current notices and update information within the game).
8. Data Security
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from “http://” to “https://”.
9. Status of This Statement
This privacy policy is currently valid and has the status of July 2026. Due to the further development of our website or due to changed legal requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
